IDOC's 2024 inspection lists a rated capacity of 128, with 112 male beds and 16 female beds, and an inspection-date population of 45 on December 10, 2024. Do not treat that inspection count as an average daily population. It is a point-in-time figure from the inspection.
Boone County Booking Process

Each on-site visit may include two registered adult visitors. Visitors must present photo ID, and personal property other than car keys must be left in a vehicle or lobby locker. The county bars phones, hats, bags, purses, coats, recording devices, and similar items from the visiting area. Visits are monitored and recorded. Rule violations can end a visit or restrict future visiting privileges.
